Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerde onderneming die sinds 2013 verder is gegroeid als partner voor fijnmechanische bewerkingen, precisieonderdelen en matrijzenbouw. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 5 CNC-frezers, die elk verantwoordelijkheid dragen over hun eigen projecten. Door de focus op stukwerk en kleine series blijft het werk afwisselend en technisch uitdagend. De sfeer is nuchter en collegiaal, met korte communicatielijnen en ruimte om jouw kennis verder uit te bouwen.

Jobomschrijving

Je programmeert CNC-machines met Mastercam, leest technische plannen en bepaalt zelfstandig de beste productiemethode.Je bereidt materiaal en gereedschappen voor, stelt de machines in en verzorgt het volledige freesproces van A tot Z.Je werkt met Heidenhain- en Mazak-sturingen op zowel 3-assige als 5-assige bewerkingscentra.Je controleert en meet de afgewerkte stukken nauwkeurig en stuurt bij waar nodig.Je beheert je eigen projecten en volgt ze op tot het afgewerkte onderdeel klaar is voor de klant.

Je hebt ervaring als CNC-frezer of beschikt over een stevige technische basis in verspaning en CNC-bewerkingen.Je kan technische plannen lezen en hebt interesse in programmeren, CAM en precisiebewerkingen.Ervaring met Mastercam, Heidenhain of Mazak is een sterke troef.Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt zelfstandig na over de beste aanpak voor complexe stukken.Je haalt voldoening uit technisch uitdagend werk waarbij het eindresultaat écht van jouw vakmanschap afhangt.
