Functieomschrijving Als CNC Frezer binnen NTS Drachten sta je aan de basis van ons productieproces. Je werkt zelfstandig op onze 5-assige freesmachines van Yasda, Kern en Mikron, met Heidenhain- en Fanuc-besturing. Je stelt je werk zelf in, programmeert het zelf in TopSolid 7 of aan de besturing en bewaakt zelf de kwaliteit. Van begin tot eind is het jouw werk. Je freest compacte, ultraprecieze producten, vaak niet groter dan wat in je handpalm past, tot op zo'n 4 micron nauwkeurig. Geen massaproductie, maar enkelstuks en kleine series in hoogwaardige en exotische materialen zoals titanium, molybdeen, niobium, platina, rvs en Stavax. Elk product is anders, dus je werk blijft afwisselend en technisch uitdagend. Je werkt in een compact team van ongeveer vier verspaners op je eigen productieplein, in twee ploegen.
