Je werkt met moderne 4- en 5-assige freesmachines, krijgt veel technische uitdaging en denkt actief mee over het beste freesproces. Wat ga je doen? Als CNC frezer maak je bij onze opdrachtgever complexe onderdelen voor de hightechindustrie. Je werkt met moderne 4- en 5-assige CNC freesmachines en bewerkt verschillende materialen. Hierbij draait alles om nauwkeurigheid, kwaliteit en technisch vakmanschap. Je bent betrokken bij het complete freesproces. Je bepaalt samen met je collega's de juiste bewerkingsstrategie, kiest geschikte gereedschappen en zorgt voor een goede opspanning. Daarna stel je de CNC freesmachine in en houd je het bewerkingsproces goed in de gaten. Tijdens het frezen controleer je regelmatig de maatvoering en kwaliteit van de onderdelen. Zie je een afwijking of kan het proces slimmer? Dan onderneem je actie en denk je mee over een oplossing. Je werkt aan verschillende producten: van complexe prototypes tot onderdelen die in grotere aantallen worden gemaakt. Door de afwisseling blijf je technisch uitgedaagd. Je krijgt ruimte om jouw kennis van CNC frezen en verspaning verder te ontwikkelen en werkt samen met ervaren vakmensen aan producten waarbij iedere millimeter telt.
