The posting

Als CNC frezer in Dilsen-Stokkem werk je aan hoogwaardige metalen onderdelen binnen een modern en familiaal machinepark. Voor deze technische functie in dagdienst ontvang je een uurloon tussen € 17 en € 22, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. Je krijgt onmiddellijk een voltijds contract en gaat aan de slag in een stabiele omgeving waar vakmanschap en precisie centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen

In de rol van CNC frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van moderne bewerkingscentra. Je programmeert de machines of voert aanpassingen uit aan bestaande programma's om complexe stukken tot op de micron nauwkeurig te vervaardigen. Je leest technische tekeningen en bepaalt op basis daarvan de juiste gereedschappen en snijparameters. Tijdens het productieproces bewaak je de kwaliteit door nauwkeurige metingen uit te voeren met diverse meetinstrumenten. Naast het seriewerk krijg je ook de kans om mee te werken aan unieke stukken en prototypes, wat zorgt voor de nodige afwisseling in je dagtaken.

Het zelfstandig kunnen lezen van technische plannen is voor jou geen probleem. Je hebt ervaring met CNC-sturingen en begrijpt hoe je parameters moet bijsturen om een perfect eindresultaat te behalen. Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en draagt zorg voor de machines en je werkomgeving. Omdat je in een hecht team werkt, is een collegiale instelling en een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal belangrijk voor een vlotte samenwerking.
