In je nieuwe rol bij een toonaangevend metaalbedrijf in Aartselaar ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het produceren van hoogwaardige componenten. Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

  • Je programmeert en stelt machines volledig zelfstandig in, zodat de productie soepel verloopt.
  • Je werkt met zowel horizontale als verticale frees- en slijpmachines en past jouw kennis toe in de praktijk.
  • Je voert zowel stuk- als seriewerk uit, waarbij je jouw vaardigheden ten volle benut.
  • Je optimaliseert productiemethoden voor maximale efficiëntie en kwaliteit.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteitscontrole en rapporteert aan de kwaliteitsafdeling, wat zorgt voor een hoge standaard.
  • Je wisselt tools van de machines en voert regelmatig basisonderhoud uit om de continuïteit van het productieproces te waarborgen.

  • Heb jij ervaring met het zelfstandig programmeren van CNC-machines?
  • Kun jij technische tekeningen lezen en begrijpen?
  • Ben jij bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende eisen:

  • Een opleiding in computergestuurde werktuigmachines of gelijkwaardige ervaring als CNC-operator in de metaalsector.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en begrijpen, wat essentieel is voor de functie.
  • Je bent in staat om zelfstandig een machine in te stellen en te programmeren.
  • Je kunt een werkvolgorde bepalen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw taken.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en uitdaging in je werk, wat jouw motivatie vergroot.
  • Je bent gedreven, flexibel en past je gemakkelijk aan veranderingen aan.
  • Precisie, netheid en veiligheid zijn voor jou cruciaal in je werk.
  • Nederlands moet zeer goed zijn in spreken en schrijven, omdat communicatie belangrijk is.
  • Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken (6u-14u of 14u-22u) is een vereiste.
