The posting

  • Programmeren van CNC-machines: Zelfstandig programmeren van CNC-freesmachines, vaak met behulp van CAD/CAM-software, om complexe metalen onderdelen te vervaardigen volgens technische tekeningen en specificaties.
  • Instellen en afstellen: Instellen van de machines, inclusief het plaatsen van gereedschappen, materialen, en het afstellen van de machine voor optimale prestaties.
  • Bewaking van het productieproces: Toezicht houden op het freesproces om ervoor te zorgen dat het eindproduct voldoet aan de vereiste specificaties. Dit kan inhouden dat je tijdens het proces metingen uitvoert en aanpassingen maakt.
