CNC Frezer| Enkelstuks | Dagdienst Vacature ID 2763 Salaris €2.700 tot €4.500 p/m ADV dagen 13 dagen Wat ga je doen? Dit is een functie als CNC Frezer. Je bent zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het vervaardigen van kleine en grote, soms complexe werkstukken volgens werkteuigbouwkundige tekeningen. Je programmeert en bedient CNC freesmachines en stelt meetrapportages op om de kwaliteit te waarborgen. Enkele werkzaamheden: - Vervaardigen van complexe werkstukken volgens technische tekeningen - Programmeren en bedienen van CNC freesmachines - Opstellen van meetrapportages - Bewaken van de productie volgens specificaties - Toepassen van kennis over materialen, snijsnelheden en gereedschappen Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto maandsalaris van €2700 tot €4500 p/m, afhankelijk van je ervaring en vaardigheden. - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer. - 8% vakantiegeld en 25 vakantiedagen per jaar. - Kledingtoeslag voor werkkleding en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen. - Onderdeel van de CAO Metaal en Techniek, inclusief een collectief pensioen via het PMT pensioenfonds. - Mogelijkheid tot interne en externe opleidingsmogelijkheden om je vakkennis verder te ontwikkelen. - Flexibele werkuren met keuze uit dagdienst of tweeploegendienst, afhankelijk van je voorkeur. Dit neem je mee: - MBO werk- en denkniveau in werktuigbouwkunde. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als CNC frezer (programmeur). - Kennis van programmeren en ervaring met CNC gestuurde machines. - Ervaring met het lezen van werktuigbouwkundige tekeningen en kennis van passingsstelsels, toleranties, materialen, snijsnelheden en gereedschappen. - Verantwoordelijk, leergierig en flexibel.
