Banenscan Kantoor Diff | Rotterdam Westblaak 175 (4e etage) 3012 KJ Rotterdam 010 310 0890 [email protected] CNC Frezer - Schiedam - Zuid-Holland - MBO - € 3100 - € 4500 - Fulltime Functie Als CNC Frezer werk je met Heidenhain en Siemens besturingssystemen en bewerk je enkel stuks en kleine series met toleranties van 0,01 mm. Het werk varieert van 1200 mm tot 13000 mm. Bij complexe vormen werk je samen met een externe programmeur en overleg je regelmatig over de resultaten. Je communiceert met werkvoorbereider, engineering en collega's en bereidt de bewerkingen voor, inclusief het verzamelen van de benodigde gereedschappen. Jij bent de vakman voor hoogwaardige onderdelen. Organisatie In 2004 fuseerden drie bedrijven tot één, met als resultaat een bedrijf dat in 2008 werd overgenomen door een nieuwe eigenaar. Dit bracht nieuwe disciplines, waaronder het onderhoud van tandwielkasten. Het bedrijf heeft zich gespecialiseerd in het bewerken van grote werkstukken en het merkonafhankelijk inspecteren en repareren van tandwielkasten, met focus op wereldwijde service en lange termijn oplossingen. Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding afgerond van niveau 3 of 4; - Je kunt zelfstandig de tekeningen in de machines programmeren; - Ervaring met CNC machines; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Aanbod - Een salaris tussen de €3.100,- en €4.500,- bruto per maand op basis van kennis en ervaring; - 27 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Pensioensregeling; - Werken voor grote internationale klanten; - Informele en platte organisatie.
