Rotterdam €3800,00 - €4300,00 What's in it for me? Als CNC Frezer ben jij van voorbereiding tot eindcontrole verantwoordelijk voor je eigen werk. Je werkt met Heidenhain-besturingen en een CNC-freesmachine met zwenkbare kop. Daarmee maak je uiteenlopende werkstukken waarbij een paar honderdste millimeter het verschil kan maken. Je krijgt de ruimte om je vak uit te oefenen zoals het hoort: zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en met verantwoordelijkheid voor het eindresultaat. Je komt te werken in een professionele machinefabriek waar vakmanschap telt. Geen lopendebandwerk waarbij je de hele dag hetzelfde knopje indrukt, maar verschillende werkstukken en technische uitdagingen waarbij je jouw kennis van verspaning echt nodig hebt. Je krijgt de vrijheid om zelfstandig je werk te organiseren en mee te denken over hoe iets slimmer of efficiënter geproduceerd kan worden. Daarnaast kun je rekenen op: Wat ga je doen? Je begint met de werkopdracht en technische tekening. Wat moet er gemaakt worden en hoe pak je dat het beste aan? Je bepaalt zelf de juiste opspanning, gereedschappen, snijsnelheden en voedingen. Vervolgens stel je de machine in, programmeer of pas je het Heidenhain-programma aan en start je de productie. Tijdens het frezen houd je de maatvoering en kwaliteit scherp in de gaten. Met bijvoorbeeld een schuifmaat of micrometer controleer je jouw werkstuk en stuur je bij waar nodig. Kom je een afwijking of technisch probleem tegen? Dan zoek je uit waar het zit en los je het op. Je denkt bovendien mee over een efficiëntere manier van produceren wanneer je die ziet. Aan het einde van het proces lever je een werkstuk af dat technisch klopt. Niet omdat iemand er continu naast staat, maar omdat jij weet wat goed werk is. Wie jij bent Je bent een ervaren CNC Frezer die zelfstandig een werkstuk van tekening tot eindproduct kan maken.
