Je werkt in het machineatelier van een gespecialiseerde machinebouwer in Desteldonk. Wat jij draait of freest, verdwijnt niet zomaar in een doos. Het kan een vervangstuk zijn voor een stilgevallen productielijn, een onderdeel van een nieuwe machine of een component van een complete revisie.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je draait en freest nieuwe onderdelen op CNC-gestuurde én conventionele machines.
  • Je maakt enkelstuks en maatwerk voor industriële machines en installaties.
  • Je herstelt bestaande onderdelen wanneer nieuw produceren niet de beste oplossing is.
  • Je stelt werkstukken correct op en werkt volgens toleranties en oppervlakte-eisen op plan.
  • Je controleert je werk nauwkeurig en denkt mee over de beste technische oplossing.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding in mechanica, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en begrijpt toleranties.
  • Je hebt ervaring met frezen en het correct opspannen van stukken.
  • Je werkt graag nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar overlegt vlot met collega’s.
  • Je denkt praktisch mee wanneer iets niet standaard is.
  • Kennis van CNC-programmering is een pluspunt.
