The posting

Als CNC frezer operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces rondom het produceren van kunststof onderdelen. In deze rol werk je fulltime in een tweeploegendienst (6:00-14:30 en 14:30-23:00), waardoor je geniet van een aantrekkelijke ploegentoeslag. Je krijgt volop mogelijkheden om door te groeien en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen via trainingen en opleidingen. De functie is voor onbepaalde tijd binnen een dynamisch bedrijf waar innovatie centraal staat.

Je start jouw werkdag met het programmeren, instellen en bedienen van de CNC-portaalfreesmachines. Vervolgens ga je aan de slag met het bewerken van kunststof onderdelen, variërend van enkelstuks tot series. Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens technische tekeningen, STEP-files en CAM-programma’s. Gedurende de dag controleer je de maatvoering en toleranties van de geproduceerde onderdelen. Daarnaast voer je preventief onderhoud uit aan machines en gereedschappen om een veilige en gestructureerde werkplek te waarborgen.
