Als CNC-frezer zorg jij mee voor perfect afgewerkte stukken die onze treinen in topconditie houden. Je krijgt een afwisselende job in een technisch sterk team waar precisie en samenwerking centraal staan.

Wat is jouw rol ?

Als CNC-frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het instellen en bedienen van CNC-freesmachines voor het vervaardigen van metalen onderdelen.
  • Het controleren van het afgewerkte product met meetgereedschap zoals schuifmaat, micrometer, ruwheidsmeter, enz.
  • Het respecteren van de veiligheidsregels. Je werkt tot op de millimeter nauwkeurig volgens plan en je respecteert de aangeduide toleranties.
  • Het samenwerken met de programmeur om elk stuk correct te produceren.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs in een technische richting (OK4) (bijvoorbeeld Mechanische Vormgevingstechnieken) of een gelijkwaardigheidsattest

OF je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als frezer.

Daarnaast:

  • Kan je goed overweg met metaalbewerkingsmachines (frees, kolomboor, slijpmachine en eventueel draaibank).
  • Heb je een goede kennis van planlezen en begrijp je technische tekeningen.
  • Ken je de eigenschappen van verschillende metalen.
  • Werk je graag in team, maar kan je ook zelfstandig aan de slag.
  • Ben je bereid te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (6u–14u en 14u–22u).

Pluspunt:

  • Kennis van de programmeertalen Siemens en Mazatrol is een troef.
