In deze functie werk je met grote en uitdagende werkstukken, veelal enkelstuks of kleine series, en zorg je voor een hoge nauwkeurigheid. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten het bewerken van grote producten met onze CNC gestuurde freesmachines. Je stelt gereedschappen in, bedenkt en maakt freesopstellingen, en optimaliseert het freesproces. Jij werkt mee aan essentiële onderdelen waarbij 'first time right' de standaard is. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Bewerken van grote producten met CNC freesmachines - Afbramen en netjes afwerken van bewerkte producten - Instellen van gereedschappen - Maken en (mee)bedenken van freesopstellingen - Optimaliseren van het freesproces Wat bieden wij? - Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden conform CAO Metaalbewerkingsbedrijf - Afwisselend werk met veel variatie - Een prettige werksfeer en fijne collega's - Grote en uitdagende projecten, geen lopende band werk - Elke maand een traktatie: vlaai! - Fruit in de kantine Wat verwachten we van jou? - MBO werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring met CNC besturingssystemen, bij voorkeur Heidenhain (iTNC 530) en/of Siemens (840D) - Flexibele instelling en betrokken werkhouding - Stressbestendig, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden Werktijden Je werkt in dagdienst en hebt afwisselende werkzaamheden, zonder eentonig productiewerk.
