Van een enkel precisieonderdeel tot een kleine serie complexe producten: jij zorgt ervoor dat het eindresultaat tot op de honderdste millimeter klopt. Je denkt mee over de meest efficiënte aanpak, bepaalt de juiste aanpak voor het bewerkingsproces en hebt direct invloed op de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Je werkt met moderne machines en krijgt het vertrouwen om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor jouw werkzaamheden. Doordat je betrokken bent bij het volledige proces, zie je direct het resultaat van je werk. Je bent daarmee niet zomaar een schakel in het productieproces, maar een vakman die met kennis, inzicht en precisie bijdraagt aan producten waar jij én je collega's trots op kunnen zijn. Wat ga je doen? - Zelfstandig programmeren, instellen en bedienen van CNC-freesbanken; - Produceren van hoogwaardige onderdelen aan de hand van technische tekeningen; - Controleren van maatvoering, kwaliteit en afwerking; - Werken met verschillende materialen en uiteenlopende producten; - Optimaliseren van bewerkingsprocessen waar mogelijk; - Samenwerken met collega's om opdrachten efficiënt en op tijd af te ronden.
