Complexe producten bewerken is een uitdaging voor jou.Voor deze specialist in CNC Frezen van grote afmetingen in Cuijk zijn op zoek naar een allround CNC Frezer / Programmeur. Wij zijn op zoek naar een allrounder met een technische opleiding, die zelfstandig en nauwgezet werkt en schakelt. Als CNC-Frezer / Programmeur vervaardig en bewerkt je (onderdelen van) producten van ferro-materialen, d.m.v. verspanende bewerkingen die met onze CNC-freesbanken worden uitgevoerd. Jij bent een pragmatische programmeur die een analyserend vermogen bezit om de wensen van de klant om te zetten in een concrete programmering. Voor deze gavarieerde en dynamische functie is het jouw taak het productieproces van begin tot eind zo optimaal mogleijk te laten verlopen. Als CNC-Frezer / Programmeur ben je verder verantwoordelijk voor: Zelfstandig bewerken van machineframes, lasconstructies en diverse kleine en grote onderdelen; Zelfstandig programmeren van de machines; Aan de hand van werktekeningen en werkinstructies de bewerkingsvolgorde bepalen; Vastleggen van gevolgde werkvolgorde; Het beoordelen, controleren van het gemaakte product; Het produceren van kleine series en enkel-stuks producten.Naar wie zijn wij op zoek? We zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die een afgeronde vakopleiding heeft genoten tot CNC-Frezer / Programmeur (bijv: STODT, SOM, Stichting Vakopleiding Techniek; Jij bent een echte vakkanjer, trots op de producten die je maakt en jouw hart ligt bij je werk; Je kan goed samenwerken met je collega's, je bent flexibel, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig; Samen met je collega's zorg je voor de juiste kwaliteit en kwantiteit; Je hebt ervaring met Fanuc of Heidenhain besturing; Instellen met de hand of softwarematig, jij kan het beiden; Heb je ook nog ervaring met het programmeren met Vector CAD/CAM? Dat is dan helemaal mooi meegenomen, maar absoluut geen must!
