- Bedrijven CNC Frezer / Steller - Veldhoven (2-ploegendienst) Ben jij een ervaren CNC Frezer / Steller die graag zijn vakmanschap inzet binnen de top van de maakindustrie? Werk jij graag met moderne machines in een gloednieuw pand bij een groeiende en stabiele organisatie? Dan is de functie CNC Frezer/Steller bij Wilting in Veldhoven iets voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Als CNC Frezer / Steller bij Wilting ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het instellen van onze moderne CNC-machines en het vrijgeven van productiebatches voor productie. Jij zorgt dat alles perfect draait voordat de serieproductie start. Daarbij werk je met de nieuwste technologieën en uiteenlopende materialen van titanium en (exotisch) RVS tot aluminium en 3D-geprinte onderdelen. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen programmering en productie: je zet samen met je collega's de puntjes op de i, bewaakt de kwaliteit en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in het proces. Kortom, jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Instellen van CNC-machines en gereedschappen - Zorgdragen voor de eerste productierun en het nameten van onderdelen voordat de serieproductie start - Uitlezen van CNC-programma's (aangeleverd door de programmeur) en het doorvoeren van kleine aanpassingen indien nodig - Opbouwen en optimaliseren van opspanningen - Bewaken en verbeteren van het productieproces - Meedenken over efficiëntere werkwijzen en procesverbeteringen - Samenwerken met programmeurs, operators en kwaliteitsmedewerkers om tot een perfect eindproduct te komen Wat neem je mee? - Een afgeronde technische opleiding richting verspaning of aantoonbare ervaring als CNC-frezer / steller - Ervaring met 3- of 5-assige freesmachines, of de ambitie om jezelf hierin te ontwikkelen - Het kunnen lezen van technische tekeningen en kennis van vorm- en plaatstoleranties is een pré - Ervaring met Fanuc-besturing is een pré - Kennis van de Nederlandse taal Wat bieden wij jou? - Werken in een gloednieuwe productiehal ...
