Met een volledige engineeringafdeling in eigen huis, zowel mechanisch als elektrisch, hebben ze alles in handen om hun oplossingen tot in het kleinste detail af te stemmen op de klant. In jouw rol als CNC Frezer ben je een sleutelfiguur in het productieproces. Je werkt op moderne CNC-machines aan onderdelen voor nieuwe machines en totaalprojecten, en vertaalt technische tekeningen moeiteloos naar nauwkeurige eindproducten. Met jouw ervaring stel je de juiste snijparameters in, programmeer je zelfstandig en stuur je bij waar nodig. Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, maatvoering en afwerking, en haalt voldoening uit perfect werk tot op de honderdste millimeter.

Hier draait alles om precisie, vakmanschap en passie voor techniek en jij krijgt de kans om daar elke dag aan bij te dragen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Frezen van diverse onderdelen, zowel voor de eigen productie als voor externe klanten binnen toelevering
  • Je programmeert vlot via CAM-software én rechtstreeks aan het bedieningspaneel
  • Je denkt actief mee na over opspanningen en helpt bij het uitwerken en realiseren ervan
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledig afgewerkte eindproduct, inclusief ontbramen en nauwkeurig nameten van de stukken
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een technisch diploma met ervaring in verspaning
  • Perfect planlezen en technische tekeningen interpreteren (mechanisch inzicht)
  • Vlot Nederlandstalig & vlot kunnen communiceren in Engels of Frans omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
