Onze klant is een internationaal actief en technologisch productiebedrijf uit de regio Ieper, gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en productie van hoogtechnologische machines voor de textielindustrie. Vanuit een moderne industriële omgeving worden complexe machines geassembleerd en technisch verder ontwikkeld. Binnen de productieomgeving werken verschillende technische disciplines nauw samen. Mechanische, elektrische en elektronische technieken komen er dagelijks samen, waardoor medewerkers met uiteenlopende technische uitdagingen in aanraking komen. De combinatie van moderne technologie, machinebouw en een internationale context zorgt voor een gevarieerde werkomgeving.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Instellen en bedienen van CNC-machines aan de hand van technische stukdossiers
  • Correct bepalen van nulpunten, CNC-programma's selecteren en werkstukken nauwkeurig positioneren
  • Selecteren van het juiste snijgereedschap en uitvoeren van diverse verspanende bewerkingen volgens de vooropgestelde technische specificaties
  • Controleren van de afgewerkte onderdelen aan de hand van technische tekeningen, meetvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Waar nodig CNC-parameters bijregelen om een correct en kwalitatief eindresultaat te garanderen
  • Instaan voor de verdere afwerking van onderdelen, waaronder reinigen, ontbramen en controleren van de werkstukken
  • Nauwkeurig registreren van de geproduceerde onderdelen en instaan voor de administratieve opvolging van het productieproces
  • Een technische opleiding binnen CNC, verspaning of metaalbewerking, of gelijkwaardige kennis opgebouwd door ervaring
  • Praktische ervaring met geometrieassen en verschillende CNC-besturingssystemen
  • In staat om ISO-gecodeerde CNC-programma's te lezen, te begrijpen en correct toe te passen
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en een goed gevoel voor nauwkeurigheid en maatvoering
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en aandacht hebben voor kwaliteit en detail
