Voor een modern en groeiend productiebedrijf in Aalter zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde CNC Insteller.

Ben jij technisch sterk, werk je nauwkeurig en haal je voldoening uit het optimaal instellen van CNC-machines? Dan ben jij misschien de insteller die wij zoeken!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als CNC Insteller speel je een cruciale rol binnen het productieproces. Dankzij jouw technische kennis zorg je ervoor dat de machines correct ingesteld zijn, het eerste stuk aan de kwaliteitsnormen voldoet en de operatoren vlot aan de slag kunnen. Daarbij staan kwaliteit, efficiëntie en continue verbetering centraal.

Wat zal je doen?

  • Voorbereiden en instellen van CNC-machines, gereedschappen en opspanningen
  • Optimaliseren en aanpassen van programma’s op basis van technische tekeningen en productiekaarten
  • Klaarzetten van de juiste materialen, gereedschappen en productiedocumentatie
  • Instellen, meten en controleren van het eerste stuk op maatvoering en kwaliteit
  • Stabiliseren van het productieproces voor de overdracht aan de operator
  • Geven van duidelijke uitleg aan operatoren over de correcte afwerking en opvolging van de productie
  • Analyseren en verbeteren van insteltijden en productieprocessen met het oog op efficiëntie en duurzaamheid
  • Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen
  • Opvolgen van de staat van de snijgereedschappen en proactief controleren op slijtage
  • Ondersteunen en begeleiden van CNC-operatoren waar nodig
  • Registreren van productiegegevens en afwijkingen
  • Bewaken van orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer
  • Polyvalent meewerken binnen verschillende afdelingen

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring met het instellen van CNC-machines
  • Een goed technisch inzicht en het vermogen om technische plannen te lezen en te interpreteren
  • Een nauwkeurige werkhouding en een sterk oog voor detail
  • Een oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid en interesse in procesverbetering
  • Een ordelijke manier van werken en respect voor afgesproken procedures
  • Vlotte communicatie en bereidheid om collega’s te ondersteunen
  • Een sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken
  • Bereidheid om nieuwe technieken en werkwijzen aan te leren
