Functieomschrijving

Als CNC-insteller zorg jij ervoor dat machines correct worden geprogrammeerd, ingesteld en klaarstaan voor productie. Je werkt met CNC-machines voor metaalbewerking en zorgt dat elk stuk precies volgens plan wordt geproduceerd.

Afhankelijk van je ervaring werk je binnen twee mogelijke afdelingen: plooien (plaatafdeling) of verspaning (draaien en frezen). In beide gevallen werk je met technische tekeningen en stel je machines volledig zelfstandig in.

Je programmeert CNC-machines vanaf nul en bepaalt zelf de juiste parameters. Je plaatst en positioneert tooling correct zodat de machine nauwkeurig kan werken.

Omdat het vaak gaat om stukwerk of kleine series, wissel je regelmatig van instellingen. Dat vraagt technisch inzicht en een gestructureerde aanpak.

Tijdens de productie controleer je de stukken nauwkeurig met meettoestellen. Zo ben je zeker dat maatvoering en kwaliteit volledig kloppen.

Kort samengevat bestaat je job uit:

  • CNC-machines programmeren en instellen
  • Machines instellen op basis van technische 2D- en 3D-tekeningen
  • Tooling wisselen en correct positioneren
  • Snij- en bewerkingsparameters bepalen
  • Werken aan stukwerk en kleine productieseries
  • Geproduceerde onderdelen opmeten en controleren

Je werkt in dagregime of in een tweeploegenstelsel, afhankelijk van de afdeling en planning.

  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken
  • Stressbestendig blijven bij wisselende productieopdrachten
  • Ervaring met meettoestellen zoals schuifmaat of hoekmeter
  • Bereid zijn om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken

Extra troeven zijn:

  • Kennis van LVD- of Trumpf-machines (plaatafdeling)
  • Kennis van Fanuc-sturing (verspaning)
  • Ervaring helpt, maar motivatie, technisch inzicht en de goesting om kwaliteit te leveren maken hier het verschil.
