Je bent technisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en kunt zelfstandig een machine programmeren en instellen. Mbo 3/4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting metaal of techniek Ervaring met CNC kanten, zetten of 3D buigen Ervaring met het on- en offline programmeren en instellen van machines Je kunt zelfstandig technische tekeningen lezen VCA en heftruckcertificaat of bereidheid deze te behalen Wat bieden wij je? Je krijgt een zelfstandige technische functie binnen een moderne internationale machinebouwer met uitzicht op een langdurige samenwerking. Een salaris van €3.992 – €4.552 bruto p/m incl. 20% PT 32 tot 40 uur per week Werken in ploegendienst Een opdracht voor één jaar met voorkeur tot overname Veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid binnen het productieproces Mogelijkheden om jezelf technisch verder te ontwikkelen Heb jij ervaring als CNC kantbank operator en kun je zelfstandig programmeren, instellen en werken vanaf technische tekeningen? Dan komen we graag met je in contact! Functieomschrijving Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het programmeren, instellen en bedienen van CNC kant- en buigmachines. Vanaf technische tekeningen maak je onderdelen volgens de juiste maatvoering en kwaliteit. Programmeren, instellen en bedienen van een CNC kantbank of 3D buigmachine On- en offline maken en optimaliseren van CNC programma's Lezen van onderdeel- en samenstellingstekeningen en selecteren van het juiste gereedschap Controleren van geproduceerde onderdelen op maatvoering en kwaliteit Signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces
