Als CNC Kanter / Steller werk je zelfstandig aan hoogwaardige onderdelen van RVS en aluminium. Je programmeert de CNC-kantbank, stelt de juiste gereedschappen in en zorgt ervoor dat ieder product volgens tekening wordt vervaardigd. Een mooie fulltime functie voor een vakman die graag verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over zijn eigen werk. Beschrijving Je gaat aan de slag bij een moderne metaalbewerkingsorganisatie die hoogwaardige componenten en constructies van RVS en aluminium produceert. Vanuit een uitgebreid en geavanceerd machinepark worden verschillende metaalbewerkingen uitgevoerd, waaronder lasersnijden, lassen, kanten, walsen en verspanen. De producten worden onder andere toegepast binnen de machinebouw, voedselverwerkende industrie en verpakkingsindustrie. Binnen de organisatie wordt veel waarde gehecht aan vakmanschap, kwaliteit en samenwerking. Tegelijkertijd is er ruimte om mee te denken en eigen ideeën aan te dragen. Wie zoeken wij? Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die zelfstandig kan werken en begrijpt dat bij nauwkeurig plaatwerk iedere millimeter telt. Je beschikt over: - MBO werk- en denkniveau richting Metaal en Techniek, verkregen door opleiding en/of relevante werkervaring; - Ervaring met of kennis van CNC-kanten en het instellen van machines; - Het vermogen om 3D-tekeningen te lezen; - Kennis van normen, vorm- en plaatstoleranties; - Goede materiaalkennis; - Een zelfstandige en nauwkeurige werkhouding.
