Ervaring met CNC machines en klaar om zelfstandig machines in te stellen, te programmeren én te bedienen? Als CNC machine operator werk je met metaal, voornamelijk aluminium, en volg je het productieproces van technische tekening tot afgewerkt onderdeel. Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag in vaste daguren.

Wat ga je doen?

Je komt terecht in een technisch productiebedrijf in Veurne. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over CNC gestuurde machines en zorgt ervoor dat onderdelen correct en volgens de gevraagde specificaties geproduceerd worden.

• Je stelt CNC machines zelfstandig in

• Je programmeert en bedient CNC gestuurde machines

• Je werkt met G code

• Je leest en interpreteert technische tekeningen

• Je produceert onderdelen volgens de specificaties op de bestelbon

• Je bewaakt de kwaliteit tijdens het productieproces

• Je houdt de continuïteit en efficiëntie van de productie in het oog

• Je controleert of onderdelen voldoen aan de vooropgestelde normen

• Je houdt de werkplek rond je machines ordelijk en veilig

• Je rapporteert regelmatig aan de afdelingsverantwoordelijke

Dit is geen functie waarbij je alleen stukken inlegt en op start duwt. Ervaring met CNC machines is nodig, omdat je ook zelf instelt en programmeert.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt relevante ervaring als CNC machine operator

• Je hebt ervaring met G code gestuurde CNC machines

• Je kunt machines zelfstandig instellen, programmeren en bedienen

• Je kunt technische tekeningen correct lezen en interpreteren

• Je hebt ervaring binnen metaalbewerking, bij voorkeur met aluminium

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werk

• Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief wanneer dat nodig is

• Kennis van 2D CAD CAM is een pluspunt
