Werk je graag met grote stukken, moderne CNC machines en precisiewerk?

Voor een stabiele productieomgeving gespecialiseerd in gietijzeren en stalen onderdelen zoeken we een CNC Machinebediener / Frezer. Je werkt aan onderdelen voor onder andere motorblokken, industriële pompen en toepassingen binnen de transportsector.

Geen repetitieve productielijn waar je enkel op een knop duwt. Wel een technische functie waar nauwkeurigheid, machinekennis en verantwoordelijkheidszin centraal staan.

Functieomschrijving

Als CNC Machinebediener sta je in voor het instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van CNC freesmachines.

Je werkt met Siemens, Fanuc en andere CNC sturingen en zorgt ervoor dat werkstukken correct geproduceerd worden volgens plan en specificaties.

Een typische werkdag?

Je leest technische plannen, stelt machines correct in en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste gereedschappen en kalibers geplaatst worden. Tijdens de productie controleer je afmetingen en kwaliteit zodat elk stuk voldoet aan de vereiste toleranties.

Je werkt voornamelijk met gietijzer en staal en produceert zowel seriewerk als maatwerk. Dankzij het uitgebreide machinepark en de aanwezige hulpmiddelen zoals brugkranen en heftrucks hoef je geen fysiek zwaar werk uit te voeren.

  • Nauwkeurig kunnen meten
  • Kalibers kunnen plaatsen
  • Gereedschappen kunnen vervangen
  • Technisch inzicht
  • Ervaring met frezen is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring met Siemens of Fanuc sturingen is een pluspunt
  • Leergierige ingesteldheid
  • Betrouwbaar en stipt
  • Gezond technisch verstand
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands of Engels

Een goede CNC machinebediener werkt niet op automatische piloot. Die begrijpt zijn machine, controleert zijn werk en levert kwaliteit af waar hij trots op kan zijn.
