Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?

Als CNC operator vervul je een sleutelrol om de veiligheid van het treinverkeer te garanderen.

Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?

Wist je dat een trein in z'n volledigheid over de ondervloerdraaibank rijdt? Dat betekent dat de wielen niet gedemonteerd moeten worden om opnieuw geprofileerd te worden.

  • Je rijdt de trein naar de ondervloerdraaibank.
  • Je bedient de CNC-machine.

Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?

  • Je behaalde een getuigschrift van het technisch secundair onderwijs (na 4 jaar) of beroepssecundair onderwijs (na 6 jaar) (OK3) in het studiegebied mechanica- mechanische vormgevingstechnieken -elektromechanica, of je hebt een gelijkwaardige relevante werkervaring. Het is een pluspunt als je ervaring hebt als draaier/frezer.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met en kennis van CNC/verspaning.
  • Het is vaak millimeterwerk en dit schrikt jou niet af, integendeel je werkt graag nauwkeurig en hebt een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Je werkt graag alleen of in een kleine ploeg.
  • Je hebt goesting om je kennis en competenties uit te breiden via opleidingen.
  • Je houdt van een variabel uurrooster. Je bent bereid in een 3x8 ploegensysteem te werken waarin je op regelmatige basis weekendwerk doet.
