Voor een dynamisch en groeiend afwerkingsbedrijf in de regio Bornem zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren CNC-machinebediener.

De onderneming heeft recent haar intrek genomen in een gloednieuw kantoorgebouw met een geavanceerde schrijnwerkerij, uitgerust met de nieuwste houtbewerkingsmachines. Dit biedt jou de kans om te werken met hoogwaardige materialen en de nieuwste technologieën.

Het bedrijf vertaalt ontwerpen van architecten en particuliere klanten naar precies afgewerkt meubilair: van keukens en inbouwkasten tot volledige interieurinrichtingen.

Takenpakket

  • Programmeren en bedienen van de CNC-freesbank voor de productie van maatmeubilair in hout- en plaatmateriaal.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en plannen om deze om te zetten naar correcte CNC-programma’s (of bestaande programma's aan te passen).
  • Instellen van de machine, plaatsen en bevestigen van het materiaal, en bewaken van het volledige bewerkingsproces.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole uitvoeren op de bewerkte onderdelen en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Onderhoud van de machine uitvoeren en technische problemen tijdig signaleren.
  • Samenwerken met de werkvoorbereiding en de andere schrijnwerkers in de productie.
  • Ervaring: Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring als CNC-bediener, bij voorkeur in de houtverwerkende sector of meubelindustrie.
  • Technische vaardigheden: Je kunt zelfstandig CNC-programma’s opstellen en optimaliseren. Ervaring met software zoals Imos, Woodwop, Schnitt Profit of gelijkaardig is een pluspunt. Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Persoonlijke eigenschappen: Je bent nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en hebt een groot oog voor kwaliteit en afwerking. Je werkt graag in teamverband.
  • Studies: Een opleiding hout of een andere technische opleiding is een pluspunt, maar praktijkervaring primeert.
