Gehalt:

Kollektivvertraglicher Mindestlohn EUR 17,50 brutto pro Stunde. Überzahlung auf Grund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.

In diesen Aufgaben gehst du auf:

- Aufbereitung der Produktionsdaten und Übertragung in die CNC-Anlagen

- Steuerung und Anpassung der Maschineneinstellungen während des laufenden Betriebs

- Bestückung der Anlagen mit Rohmaterial sowie fachgerechtes Ablegen der bearbeiteten Werkstücke

- Durchführung von laufenden Qualitätskontrollen mit Präzisions- und Messwerkzeugen

- Erkennen und Beheben kleinerer Störungen im Produktionsablauf

- Dokumentation produktionsrelevanter Daten im ERP-System sowie Führung der erforderlichen Protokolle

Das zeichnet dich aus:

- Technisches Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen und Pläne in 2D und 3D zu lesen

- Staplerschein von Vorteil

- Erfahrung mit AutoCAD erforderlich

- Kenntnisse in Maestro und iGEMS sind von Vorteil

- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie hohe Genauigkeit

- Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe, vor allem im CNC Bereich für deine Tätigkeit als CNC Maschinenbediener:in

- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb
