Met deze machine worden houten onderdelen voor kozijnen, ramen en deuren volledig automatisch bewerkt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste programma's worden geladen, stelt de machine correct in en houdt tijdens het proces nauwlettend toezicht op de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. In deze rol werk je zelfstandig en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor een soepel verloop van het productieproces. Je controleert instellingen, signaleert afwijkingen en grijpt waar nodig in om de kwaliteit en voortgang te waarborgen. Technisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en een proactieve houding zijn daarbij essentieel. Ervaring met CNC-machines binnen de houtverwerkende industrie is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen vereiste. Ook kandidaten met ervaring als CNC-operator, machineoperator of procesoperator binnen een andere technische productieomgeving kunnen uitstekend aansluiten. Het belangrijkste is dat je graag met techniek werkt, machines begrijpt en meedenkt in oplossingen wanneer processen om bijsturing vragen. Hierdoor krijg je een afwisselende functie waarin techniek, kwaliteit en vakmanschap samenkomen. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig bedienen en bewaken van een geautomatiseerd CNC-bewerkingscentrum voor de productie van houten onderdelen.
