Heb jij technisch inzicht, werk je graag met machines en krijg je energie van nauwkeurig werk? Dan is deze functie als CNC Operator misschien wel iets voor jou. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het bedienen, instellen en opvolgen van een CNC-machine voor het bewerken van glaspanelen.

Jouw taken:

  • De CNC-machine bedienen en het productieproces zelfstandig opvolgen
  • De juiste bewerkingsparameters instellen en indien nodig bijsturen
  • Gereedschappen monteren, afstellen en correct positioneren
  • Glaspanelen correct positioneren en stevig vastzetten voor de bewerking
  • Controleren of snelheid, voortgang, doorvoer en smering correct zijn ingesteld
  • De productie opstarten en bewaken tijdens preproductie en serieproductie
  • Ingrijpen bij afwijkingen en technische abnormaliteiten
  • Storingen tijdig opmerken en signaleren
  • Afgewerkte glaspanelen controleren op kwaliteit, afmetingen en correcte frezing
  • De machine bevoorraden en zorgen dat het productieproces vlot kan blijven doorlopen
  • Preventief en correctief basisonderhoud uitvoeren aan de machine
  • Productiegereedschappen veilig en correct (de)monteren en afstellen

Kort samengevat: je zorgt ervoor dat de CNC-machine correct wordt ingesteld en bediend en dat elk glaspaneel nauwkeurig en volgens de kwaliteitsvereisten wordt afgewerkt

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch sterke en nauwkeurige operator die graag zelfstandig werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt over zijn machine.

Dit breng je mee:

  • Je hebt ervaring met CNC-machines en het instellen van machines
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en interesse in mechanische en technische processen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en technische details
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en kan je aanpassen aan de noden van de productie
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig en hebt aandacht voor veiligheid
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
