Wil jij als CNC Operator werken aan stukken waar precisie, vakmanschap en technisch inzicht echt het verschil maken?

Voor een gevestigde technische bedrijvengroep in regio Gent zoeken we een CNC Operator die graag meewerkt aan hoogwaardige machinebouw. Binnen deze vestiging worden de machinebouwactiviteiten gecentraliseerd, waardoor je terechtkomt in een omgeving waar verschillende technische disciplines samenkomen. Denk aan maatwerk, seriewerk, mechanische onderdelen en projecten waarbij nauwkeurigheid centraal staat.

Deze organisatie is actief binnen technologische dienstverlening en heeft een sterke positie binnen haar markt. Je werkt in een financieel gezonde context, met korte communicatielijnen en een informele bedrijfscultuur. Op de werkvloer krijg je ruimte om initiatief te nemen, vragen te stellen en mee te denken over betere processen.

Als CNC Operator kom je terecht in een technische productieomgeving waar geen dag volledig hetzelfde is. De ene keer werk je aan standaardonderdelen, de andere keer aan unieke stukken met specifieke toleranties. Dankzij een grondig opleidingstraject leer je de machines, programmatie en interne werkwijze stap voor stap kennen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnen je rol als CNC Operator sta je in voor het bedienen, instellen en bijprogrammeren van CNC-gestuurde frees- en draaimachines
  • Daarnaast optimaliseer je NC-programma’s zodat de machines efficiënt draaien en het rendement hoog blijft
  • Verder voer je nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles uit op je eigen werk en rapporteer je afwijkingen in kwaliteit of programmatie
  • Samen met het team wissel je slijtdelen correct, grijp je in bij onveilige situaties en voer je kleine onderhoudswerken uit
  • Tot slot denk je actief mee over verbeteringen op de werkplek en in het productieproces
  • Technische opleiding in mechanische vormingstechnieken of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond door ervaring
  • Relevante ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar ook als starter krijg je de nodige begeleiding om te groeien als CNC Operator
  • Goede kennis van conventionele verspaning en CNC-technieken, aangevuld met nauwkeurigheid, ruimtelijk inzicht en ervaring met meetgereedschap zoals micrometer, schuifmaat en 3-puntsmeter
  • Nederlands beheers je goed omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften en vlotte communicatie op de werkvloer
