Werk jij graag met CNC-machines en haal je voldoening uit precisiewerk waarbij elk detail telt? Dan is deze functie als CNC-operator in regio Sint-Niklaas een mooie kans om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen binnen een stabiele productieomgeving.

Je komt terecht bij een groeiende KMO in de kunststofsector met een team van ongeveer 40 medewerkers. Het bedrijf vervaardigt nauwkeurige kunststofonderdelen op maat voor industriële klanten uit verschillende sectoren.

Kwaliteit staat centraal in het volledige productieproces. Dankzij jarenlange ervaring, een modern machinepark en een sterke aandacht voor nauwkeurigheid worden dagelijks onderdelen geproduceerd die beantwoorden aan specifieke klantvereisten.

Om de verdere groei van het bedrijf te ondersteunen, wordt het productieteam uitgebreid met een CNC-operator. Zowel kandidaten met een eerste ervaring als technisch geschoolde starters krijgen hier de kans om zich verder te ontwikkelen. Via een doorgedreven interne opleiding leer je de machines, meetmethodes en werkwijze stap voor stap kennen.

Wat houdt de job in? Als CNC-operator krijg je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Nauwkeurig werken en kwaliteit controleren vormen daarbij de rode draad doorheen je werkdag.

  • Als CNC-operator bedien je de CNC-machines voor zowel draaien als frezen en volg je het productieproces nauwgezet op
  • Daarnaast voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit op de geproduceerde onderdelen met de voorziene meettoestellen
  • De uitgevoerde metingen registreer je zorgvuldig zodat de kwaliteit van de productie correct opgevolgd kan worden
  • Verder zorg je voor een ordelijke en nauwkeurige uitvoering van je taken zodat ieder onderdeel aan de opgelegde kwaliteitsnormen voldoet
  • Tot slot krijg je via interne opleiding de kans om je technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen en steeds zelfstandiger met de CNC-machines te werken

Voor deze functie als CNC-operator zoeken we vooral iemand met een technische basis, verantwoordelijkheidszin en de motivatie om het vak verder te leren.

  • Qua opleiding beschik je over een technisch diploma op A3- tot A2-niveau, waarbij een afstudeerrichting in computergestuurde werktuigmachines of CNC een sterke troef vormt
  • Wat ervaring betreft is een eerste achtergrond in CNC-bewerking mooi meegenomen, maar dankzij de uitgebreide interne opleiding krijgen ook technisch geschoolde starters kansen
  • Op technisch vlak werk je zeer nauwkeurig, voer je metingen correct uit en heb je interesse in CNC-draaien, CNC-frezen en kwaliteitscontrole
  • Tot slot spreek en begrijp je goed Nederlands, onder meer om veiligheidsvoorschriften en werkinstructies correct te kunnen opvolgen
