FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben je geïnteresseerd in een uitdagende job als operator? Dan moet je zeker verder lezen!

Samen met onze klant, een metaalbedrijf te Lokeren, zijn wij op zoek naar een (ervaren) CNC operator.

Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het vervaardigen van hoogtechnologische machines op maat van hun klant.

Enkele voorbeelden uit je takenpakket:

  • Een technische tekening kan je volledig begrijpen en ontleden.
  • Mechanische onderdelen kan je foutloos maken via die technische tekening
  • Om geen enkel detail over het hoofd te zien, verdiep je je eerst in die tekening.
  • Je programmeert de machine op basis van het plan in CNC code (Heidenhain of Siemens 840D).
  • Vervolgens stel je de CNC-machine in, en start je de machinale bewerking (frezen).
  • Je start de productie op en bewaakt daarna de voortgang (preproductie, serieproductie, ...)
  • Je voert preventief of correctief basisonderhoud uit op de machines of uitrustingen.
  • Je past de opspan gereedschappen aan voor het plaatsen, opspannen en klemmen van de stukken.
  • Je kent de verschillende snijgereedschappen en je kan doorgeven welke je nodig hebt voor het maken van het stuk.
  • Je positioneert het stuk en zet het vast, om daarna de bewerkingsparameters in te stellen (snelheid, voortgang, doorvoer, smering, ...)
  • Je programmeert de machine op basis van het plan in CNC code.
  • Je bepaalt de verschillende bewerkingsfases en de afstelwaarden (tolerantie, positie, oppervlaktestaat, ...) van het stuk en het gereedschap.

  • Je genoot een technische opleiding
  • Je bent in staat een montagetekening of -plan te lezen
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in team werken is geen probleem voor jou
  • Je bent zorgvuldig en wil graag de beste kwaliteit afleveren
  • Jouw orde en netheid houden jezelf en je collega's veilig
  • Ervaring in de machinebouw of in productieomgevingen is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste!
