Ben jij iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit het opbouwen van een productieproces vanaf de eerste stap? Dan is deze rol als CNC Operator een unieke uitdaging

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Instellen, programmeren en bedienen van CNC-freesmachines voor de productie van nauwkeurige onderdelen in kleine en grotere series
  • Technische tekeningen vertalen naar CNC-programma’s, waarbij je gereedschappen en machine-instellingen correct bepaalt
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles met meetinstrumenten en resultaten nauwkeurig registreren volgens de vereiste toleranties
  • Meedenken over de opbouw en optimalisatie van de productiecel door advies te geven over machines, gereedschappen en werkmethodes
  • Onderhouden en verbeteren van de machines door preventief onderhoud, efficiëntere instellingen en optimalisaties van cyclustijden
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding mechanica of kan terugblikken op een gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring met CNC-draaien en/of CNC-frezen; kennis van non-ferrometalen is een pluspunt
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands vlot voor veiligheidsredenen
