Als CNC Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uiterst nauwkeurig bewerken van metalen en kunststof onderdelen. Dankzij maatwerk op basis van 2D- en 3D-tekeningen is geen enkele dag hetzelfde.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Programmeren en instellen van CNC-machines volgens technische tekeningen of bestaande ontwerpen
  • Met een elektrisch geladen draad met extreme precisie door het materiaal snijden
  • De negatieve vorm of uitsparing branden met een elektrode
  • Kwaliteitscontrole van het eindproduct met hoogwaardige meetapparatuur tot op de duizendste millimeter
  • Zelfstandig oplossen van storingen en uitvoeren van kleine herstellingen aan de CNC-machines
  • Bijdragen aan een vlotte productieflow en overleg met collega-operators en verantwoordelijken
  • Technische opleiding in mechanica, CNC of gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring
  • Ervaring met CNC-sturingen
  • Vlot lezen en interpreteren van technische 2D- en 3D-tekeningen
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
