Werk jij graag met je handen én je hoofd, en haal je voldoening uit nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken? Heb je interesse in techniek en wil je werken met moderne machines in een stabiele omgeving waar je goed wordt opgeleid?

Dan is dit een functie waarin je rustig kan groeien, stap voor stap. Je komt terecht in een grote, maar goed georganiseerde productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, opleiding en samenwerking centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen? Als CNC-frezer werk je mee aan het maken van nauwkeurige mechanische onderdelen voor industriële toepassingen. Je krijgt duidelijke instructies, maar groeit geleidelijk naar meer zelfstandigheid.

Wat je doet:

  • Je freest mechanische onderdelen volgens technische plannen.
  • Je leest en volgt eenvoudige technische tekeningen en ISO-programma’s.
  • Je stelt CNC-machines correct in met begeleiding.
  • Je leert werken met CNC-programmatie (Siemens 840D).
  • Je controleert zorgvuldig je eigen werk op kwaliteit.
  • Je overlegt met ervaren collega’s wanneer nodig.
  • Je werkt in een gestructureerde productieomgeving waar kwaliteit belangrijker is dan snelheid.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een grote internationale productieomgeving waar structuur, veiligheid en opleiding belangrijk zijn. Ondanks de schaal van het bedrijf heerst er een collegiale en ondersteunende sfeer. Nieuwe medewerkers worden goed begeleid en krijgen de tijd om te groeien in hun functie.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of interesse in CNC en metaalbewerking.
  • Je wil graag bijleren en groeien in je functie.
  • Je kan technische plannen leren lezen.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt afspraken correct op.
