Van metaal naar onderdelen die letterlijk de lucht in gaan Werk je graag met CNC-machines en wil je weten waar je werk uiteindelijk terechtkomt? Hier maak je hoogwaardige mechanische onderdelen voor de luchtvaart. Geen seriewerk waarbij je alleen op een knop duwt, maar een technisch productieproces waarin nauwkeurigheid en vakmanschap centraal staan.

Je leert de machines grondig kennen, krijgt een uitgebreide opleiding en krijgt de kans om je technisch verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen? Je staat in voor het machinale bewerken van hoogwaardige onderdelen voor de luchtvaart.

  • Je bedient één of meerdere CNC-machines.
  • Je stelt de machines zelfstandig in en volgt de productie op.
  • Je stelt snijgereedschappen correct in.
  • Je voert preventieve onderhoudstaken uit.
  • Je controleert je eigen werk met manuele meetmiddelen.
  • Je vult kwaliteitsdocumenten nauwkeurig in.
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische mechanische tekeningen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met CNC-programmeurs en collega's uit productie.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in het productieproces.

Je wordt grondig opgeleid. Afhankelijk van je ervaring kan het traject meerdere maanden tot twee jaar duren. Het doel is duidelijk: de machines en het volledige proces van A tot Z leren kennen.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een technisch productiebedrijf dat wereldwijd mechanische componenten en tandwielen voor de luchtvaart produceert. Naast productie zijn ook R&D, design, warmte- en oppervlaktebehandeling en labo-activiteiten in huis aanwezig. Je werkt dus in een omgeving waar verschillende technische disciplines samenkomen.

Het team telt ongeveer 100 medewerkers. Je werkt in een omgeving met de schaal en technische mogelijkheden van een internationale speler, maar met de sfeer van een KMO. Collega's kennen elkaar bij naam en ervaring wordt actief doorgegeven van de ene generatie aan de andere.

Kwaliteit staat hier voorop. Je krijgt de tijd en begeleiding om het vak grondig te leren. Snel-snel werken is niet de bedoeling: nauwkeurig werken en een kwalitatief onderdeel afleveren wel.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CNC-machines of bent sterk gemotiveerd om dit vak te leren.
  • Je hebt interesse in metaalbewerking en mechanische technieken.
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent leergierig en wil je technische kennis blijven uitbreiden.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en werkt volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je werkt graag samen en communiceert vlot met collega's.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 3-ploegensysteem te werken.
  • Kennis van vertanding, CNC-sturingen of robots is een pluspunt.
