Als CNC Operator maak je deel uit van een hecht productieteam dat instaat voor de productie van hoogwaardige isolatiematerialen. Dankzij jouw expertise en oog voor detail ontstaan complexe en technisch verfijnde vormen die voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw functie:

Als CNC Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, programmeren en bedienen van CNC-gestuurde machines.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • CNC-machines instelt en programmeert voor de productie van complexe isolatievormen zoals reducties, koppen in spieën en 3D-profielen
  • het productieproces nauwgezet opvolgt en continu de kwaliteit bewaakt via visuele controles en maatcontroles
  • afwijkingen tijdig detecteert en corrigerende maatregelen neemt door parameters aan te passen
  • alle bewerkingsstappen correct en nauwkeurig registreert in het CRM-systeem (SAP)
  • samenwerkt met collega's om een vlot en efficiënt productieproces te garanderen

Je werkt in een 3-ploegenstelsel en ziet dit als een boeiende uitdaging binnen een moderne productieomgeving.

  • Sterk technisch inzicht Je begrijpt de werking van machines en processen en kan technische problemen zelfstandig aanpakken.
  • Ervaring met CNC-machines (of sterke bereidheid om dit snel te leren) Je kan CNC-gestuurde machines instellen en bedienen, of bent gemotiveerd om dit te leren.
  • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal Je kan effectief communiceren met collega's en documentatie correct invullen; beheersing van spreken en schrijven is vereist, of je bent bereid dit te leren.
