CNC Operator Frezer

Onze klant, een gespecialiseerd verspaningsbedrijf in Dilsen-Stokkem, maken hoogwaardige, precisie mechanische onderdelen van diverse metaalsoorten en kunststoffen.

Dat doen we voor zowel uniek stukwerk als kleine series, met een modern machinepark (o.a. 5-assige Mazak freesmachines en CAM-software zoals HyperMill en Fusion 360)

Bij ons werk je in een kleinschalig, hecht team.

De sfeer is familiaal, de lijnen zijn kort en we helpen elkaar waar nodig.

Wat ga je doen?

Als CNC Frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig of met begeleiding instellen en bedienen van onze CNC-freesmachines.

  • Instellen en frezen: Je stelt de machines in, spant de materialen op en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige afwerking.
  • Programmeren (Mazak / CAM): Kun je al programmeren met Mazak, HyperMill of Fusion 360? Geweldig! Kun je dit nog niet? Geen probleem: wij leren het je graag aan.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je controleert de gemaakte wisselende stukken en zorgt dat alles volgens tekening en maattoleranties de deur uitgaat.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt al ervaring met frezen (of een relevante technische opleiding/afstudeerrichting achter de rug).
  • Schoolverlaters & Juniors zijn zeer welkom! Heb je de juiste werkhouding en passie voor verspaning? Dan begeleiden en leiden wij je intern op.
  • Je hebt de ambitie om je verder te verdiepen in CNC-programmeren (Mazak, HyperMill, Fusion 360).
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, leergierig en werkt graag fijn samen in een klein team.
