Gereedschappen correct plaatsen en wisselen volgens de voorgeschreven werkmethodes en machinespecificaties Het juiste CNC-programma laden of verzenden via DNC CNC-programma’s optimaliseren in overleg met de voorman of de methodedienst Onderdelen controleren en nodige gereedschapsaanpassingen (compensaties) uitvoeren Onderdelen ontbramen en nauwkeurig controleren met geschikte meetinstrumenten Snijgereedschappen monteren en demonteren volgens de juiste procedures Werkstukken zorgvuldig en precies in de machine positioneren

Opleiding: CNC diploma OF een goeie ervaring !

Vakkennis: U beheerst de bewerkingstechnieken, de CNC-technieken volgens ISO, Dialoog. U weet hoe u snijgereedschappen moet gebruiken/kiezen. U kunt een plan lezen en kent de verschillende meettechnieken. U heeft een goede kennis van CNC-automaten (Siemens 840D). U weet hoe u machines op 5 assen moet gebruiken.

Talenkennis: Je hebt een kennis van het Nederlands.
