Voor onze klant in Opglabbeek, een toonaangevende specialist in hoogwaardige metaalproducten, zoeken wij een gedreven CNC Operator. Werk je graag aan grote, complexe werkstukken en streef je naar precisie op de micrometer? Dan is dit jouw kans op een stabiele job binnen een groeiende onderneming.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Machine-instelling & bediening: Je stelt de CNC-freesmachine correct in en bewaakt een veilig en efficiënt freesproces.
  • Groot werkstukbereik: Je bewerkt met hoge nauwkeurigheid grotere metaalonderdelen, met de nadruk op seriewerk.
  • Kwaliteitsborging: Je voert met behulp van precisiegereedschap tussentijdse en finale metingen uit om de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen te garanderen.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je denkt actief mee over het vlotter laten verlopen van het verspaningsproces.

Profiel

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring of opleiding: Je beschikt over (een eerste) werkervaring als CNC-frezer of hebt een relevante technische opleiding achter de rug (bijv. Mechanica of Verspaning of CNC).
  • Sectorkennis: Je kent je weg binnen de metaalsector. Schoolverlater? Ook dan kom je in aanmerking als je over CNC kennis beschikt.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd, maar functioneert ook prima in teamverband.
  • Taal: Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands voor veilige communicatie op de werkvloer.
  • Flexi: Ook dit is een mogelijkheid!
