Ben jij gefascineerd door natuursteen en hou je van precisiewerk? Werk je graag met hoogwaardig materiaal en moderne machines? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Al vier generaties lang realiseren we exclusieve projecten in natuursteen – van luxueuze keukens en badkamers tot haarden, trappen en designobjecten. Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een operator brugzaag (m/v/x).

Jouw rol

  • In deze functie zorg jij voor een perfect verloop van ons productieproces. Je bedient en programmeert onze CNC-gestuurde brugzaag en je draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit van elk eindproduct.
  • Je stelt de machine correct in aan de hand van technische tekeningen en plannen.
  • Je programmeert, onderhoudt en optimaliseert de CNC-brugzaag om maatwerkstukken te verzagen.
  • Je controleert de stukken nauwkeurig op maatvastheid en afwerking.
  • Je werkt dagelijks met exclusieve materialen in natuursteen en bent omringd door vakmanschap en kwaliteit.
  • Je krijgt alle ruimte om verschillende steensoorten en hun eigenschappen te leren kennen, waardoor je uitgroeit tot een specialist.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om nieuwe technieken aan te leren — jouw motivatie en leergierigheid vinden we belangrijker dan je huidige kennis.

Wie jij bent

  • Nog belangrijker dan je ervaring is jouw houding. We zoeken iemand die:
  • met passie werkt en trots is op zijn vak
  • Je spreek bij voorkeur Nederlands of Engels
  • graag samenwerkt en bijdraagt aan een positieve teamsfeer
  • betrouwbaar, respectvol en communicatief sterk is
  • leergierig, flexibel en zelfstandig werkt

Daarnaast beschik je idealiter over:

  • een scherp oog voor detail
  • de capaciteit om goed in teamverband te werken
  • de bereidheid om nieuwe technieken onder de knie te krijgen

  • Rijbewijs B en/of C
  • Ervaring met machinepark (natuursteen-, hout- of metaalbewerking)
