Bedien, onderhoud en controle van snijmachines. Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en technisch werk. Eenvoudig solliciteren Wat ga je doen? Dit is een functie als assistent operator CNC brandsnijmachine. Je voert snijwerk uit op een Messer OMnimat L 5600, verwerkt en controleert bestanden in het nestingprogramma, en voert onderhoud uit aan de machine en onderdelen. Je werkt samen met een collega en andere metaalbewerkers, waarbij nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werken essentieel is. Enkele werkzaamheden: - Bestanden inlezen en controleren in het nestingprogramma - Snijwerk uitvoeren op de CNC brandsnijmachine - Onderhoud en kleine reparaties aan de snijmachine - Samenwerken met collega-operator en metaalbewerkers - Toepassen van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto maandsalaris van €2500 tot €3400 p/m, afhankelijk van je ervaring en vaardigheden. - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer. - 8% vakantiegeld. - Kledingtoeslag voor werkkleding en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen. - Onderdeel van de "CAO Metaal en Techniek", inclusief pensioenopbouw via het PMT pensioenfonds. - Mogelijkheid tot deelname aan een personeelsvereniging en toegang tot diverse opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden. - Veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid in een hightech omgeving met moderne CNC-technologie. Dit neem je mee: - MBO-diploma in metaaltechniek of vergelijkbaar, met kennis van metaalbewerkingsmachines. - Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in staalbranche en met CNC snijmachines. - Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en doortastend in het uitvoeren van snijwerk en onderhoud. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het kunnen omgaan met tijdsdruk. - Bereidheid tot leren en werken in een team, met oo...
