Zij zijn een toonaangevend toeleveringsbedrijf dat hun klanten een totaalpakket aanbiedt vertrekkende van het ontwerp en design tot het bereiken van het gewenste eindproduct. Creatieve samenwerking met klanten is één van zijn troeven! Door het bieden van betrouwbare oplossingen en het onderhouden van duurzame zakenrelaties is het hun streven om voorkeursleverancier te worden bij kwaliteitsbewuste afnemers.

Jobomschrijving

Als CNC-operator plooibanken zet je CNC-plooibanken klaar, programmeer je ze en bedien je ze voor plooibewerkingen op basis van een technisch plan, bestaand model of werkgang.

  • Je zet de CNC-plooibanken klaar voor de productie.
  • Je programmeert en bedient de CNC-plooibanken.
  • Je vertrekt vanuit een technisch plan, bestaand model of werkgang om één of meerdere plooibewerkingen uit te voeren.
  • Je werkt onderdelen af tot het gewenste eindresultaat.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde onderdelen.
  • Je stelt de machines correct in en helpt kleine productieproblemen of storingen op te lossen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie heb je een technische achtergrond of gelijkwaardige ervaring nodig.

  • Je bent vertrouwd met technische plannen en hebt het nodige ruimtelijk inzicht.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail, en houdt overzicht in een gestructureerde werkomgeving.
  • Je blijft goed functioneren onder tijdsdruk en bent gemotiveerd en energiek.
  • Extra troeven: ervaring met CNC-machines, metaalbewerking of plooibanken; kennis van AutoCAD of Inventor.
