Als CNC-operator houtbewerking ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je staat in voor het instellen, bedienen en controleren van CNC-machines waarmee houten onderdelen en maatwerk worden geproduceerd.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines correct zijn ingesteld en dat de productie volgens de technische plannen en kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Als CNC-machinebediener controleer je de geproduceerde stukken nauwkeurig en stuur je bij waar nodig.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Instellen en bedienen van CNC-machines voor houtbewerking.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van het productieproces.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en productiefiches.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de afgewerkte onderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van kleine technische aanpassingen en basisonderhoud aan de machines.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen.
  • Werken met WoodWOP-programmeersoftware.
  • Efficiënt verwerken van verschillende houtsoorten en materialen.
  • Zorgen voor een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's om de productieplanning vlot te realiseren.

Als CNC-operator, machineoperator of CNC-medewerker combineer je technisch inzicht met een passie voor houtbewerking en maatwerk.

  • Je hebt ervaring als CNC-operator in de houtsector.
  • Ervaring als CNC-machinebediener, machineoperator of CNC-medewerker houtbewerking is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van WoodWOP is vereist.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van verschillende houtsoorten, plaatmaterialen en houtbewerkingsprocessen.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen en productiefiches correct interpreteren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt zelfstandig kleine problemen of afwijkingen aanpakken.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, betrouwbaar en werkt graag met machines.
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, efficiëntie en een kwalitatieve afwerking.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler, maar kunt ook zelfstandig je taken uitvoeren.
