Basalte is ontstaan met de missie om kwaliteitsdesign te verenigen met intuïtieve, intelligente huisautomatisering. Een unieke combinatie die een fundamenteel deel blijft uitmaken van ons DNA. We willen de dingen eenvoudig en elegant houden, zowel in vorm als in functie.

Het is allemaal begonnen met een innovatieve designschakelaar, maar vandaag bieden we nog zoveel meer: multifunctionele designbedieningen, verfijnde luidsprekers, elegante iPad-houders, een intelligente homeserver en zelfs een intelligente afstandsbediening. We werken nauw samen met integratoren, architecten en interieurontwerpers die wereldwijd actief zijn in de residentiële luxemarkt om ervoor te zorgen dat onze oplossingen voor de slimme woning naadloos passen in de meest exclusieve villa’s, appartementen, hotels en zeiljachten overal ter wereld.

In deze rol heb je de kans om:

  • De noodzakelijke ondersteuning te bieden bij de productie van de onderdelen van onze producten op onze verschillende CNC freesmachines (Datron).
  • Een belangrijke schakel te vormen binnen het productieteam waarbij nauwe samenwerking met mechanical engineering nodig is.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het vervaardigen van verschillende onderdelen in aluminium, messing, kunststof en MDF/HDF via instelling en bediening van onze vier Datron freesmachines (3-as).
  • Het nauwkeurig opvolgen van de machineplanning en eventuele afwijkingen ervan tijdig communiceren naar je collega's.
  • Een hoogwaardige afwerking van onze producten om te kunnen doorstromen naar de volgende stappen onze productieketen.
  • De nodige voor- en nabewerking van de onderdelen.
  • Het basisonderhoud van de freesmachines en de uitrusting.
  • Je bent enthousiast, gedreven en haalt voldoening uit het afleveren van kwalitatieve producten.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met verspaning.
  • Je hebt ervaring in het bedienen/instellen van CNC gestuurde freesmachines.
  • Je genoot een technische opleiding (A2).
  • Je hebt al gewerkt met een CAD/CAM programma. Kennis van Mastercam en/of Autodesk Inventor is een plus.
  • Je beschikt over een vaste hand die nauwkeurige, vlotte handelingen kan uitvoeren met de nodige precisie en aandacht voor de kwaliteit.
  • Orde en netheid op het werk zijn noodzakelijke punten voor jou.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
