Heb jij een passie voor hout én een scherp oog voor spitstechnologie? Bij onze klant, een innovatieve en groeiende speler in de houtsector, krijg je de kans om prachtige realisaties tot leven te wekken met behulp van de modernste CNC-gestuurde machines.

Als CNC-operator ben jij de spil van het productieproces. Je vertaalt plannen naar tastbare kwaliteitsproducten:

  • Je staat in voor het zelfstandig instellen, ombouwen en bedienen van computergestuurde houtbewerkingsmachines.
  • Dankzij jouw kennis van WoodWOP stuur je de machines feilloos aan en voer je indien nodig kleine softwarematige correcties uit.
  • Je voert nauwgezette controles uit op de afgewerkte stukken; alleen perfectie verlaat jouw werkstation.
  • Je zorgt voor het basisonderhoud van je machinepark en lost kleine technische storingen proactief op.
  • Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een gestroomlijnde workflow om de strakke productieplanning te behalen.

Profiel

Als CNC operator beschik je over volgende capaciteiten...

  • Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in de houtsector en CNC-gestuurde machines hebben voor jou geen geheimen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met WoodWOP-programmatie (of vergelijkbare software) en werkt vlot met technische tekeningen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van verschillende houtsoorten en hun specifieke eigenschappen tijdens het bewerkingsproces.
  • Je werkt met oog voor detail, respecteert veiligheidsvoorschriften en streeft naar een propere werkomgeving.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
