Als onze nieuwe CNC Operator word je de spil in ons moderne productieatelier. Je komt terecht in een innovatieve omgeving waar we hoogwaardige aluminiumoplossingen creëren. Samen met een team van gedreven vakmensen zorg je ervoor dat elk onderdeel met uiterste precisie wordt afgewerkt. Bij ons krijg je de vrijheid om echt eigenaarschap te tonen over jouw machinepark.

Voor deze rol als CNC-specialist zoeken we een technisch talent met het volgende profiel:

  • Ervaring: Je hebt relevante ervaring in de metaalsector (bij voorkeur aluminium) en hebt al eerder een gelijkaardige functie bekleed.
  • Technisch inzicht: Je bent technisch sterk, werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en kunt vlot technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Machine-kennis: Je bent vertrouwd met het werken aan G-code gestuurde machines. Kennis van 2D CAD/CAM is een mooie troef.
  • Soft skills: Je bent een zelfstandige werker die initiatief durft te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor zijn eigen output.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om in een dynamische productieomgeving te werken waar kwaliteit centraal staat.

Als CNC-insteller / bediener ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces aan de machine:

  • Configuratie: Je staat in voor het vakkundig instellen, programmeren en bedienen van de CNC-gestuurde machines.
  • Productiebeheer: Je waakt over de continuïteit en efficiëntie van het productieproces zodat alles volgens planning verloopt.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je produceert strikt volgens de specificaties van de bestelbonnen en leeft de kwaliteits- en productienormen nauwgezet na.
  • Organisatie: Je houdt je werkplek en de randapparatuur van de machines ordelijk en goed onderhouden.
  • Rapportage: Je communiceert helder en rapporteert op regelmatige basis over de voortgang aan de afdelingsverantwoordelijke.
