Zoek jij als verspaner de autonomie om jouw eigen CNC-draaibank volledig zelfstandig in te stellen, te programmeren en te bedienen? Binnen een uiterst stabiel familiebedrijf in de regio Beveren-Leie ligt er een uitstekende kans klaar als CNC Operator. Je versterkt een speler die gespecialiseerd is in hoogwaardige onderdelen voor omvangrijke landbouw- en oogstmachines. Dit duurzame traject start via een interimfase die na een geslaagde evaluatie direct overgaat in een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Je werkt in een vast dagstelsel op een filevrij te bereiken locatie. Boven op een aantrekkelijk uurloon en maaltijdcheques bouw je op jaarbasis 9 extra ADV-dagen op.

Wat ga je doen?

Als CNC operator draaien ben jij volledig verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen bewerkingsstation op de werkvloer. Je leest de technische plannen en voert zelfstandig de instelling en programmering uit van de geavanceerde CNC-draaibanken. Je kiest de juiste snijgereedschappen, bepaalt de meest efficiënte bewerkingsvolgorde en zorgt voor de exacte maattoleranties van de geproduceerde precisie-onderdelen.

Tijdens en na het verspaningsproces voer je nauwkeurige kwaliteitsmetingen uit met behulp van klassieke meetgereedschappen. Je komt terecht in een hecht en collegiaal team waar een uitgebreid inwerktraject voorzien is. Daarnaast krijg je alle ruimte en vertrouwen om proactief mee te denken over het optimaliseren van de bewerkingsprocessen en de insteltijden.

Om deze functie succesvol in te vullen, heb je een opleiding in mechanische vormgeving of CNC-technieken gevolgd, of ben je gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je beschikt over relevante ervaring als CNC-draaier, bij voorkeur in de metaalbewerking, waarbij je vlot technische tekeningen kunt lezen en correct kunt interpreteren. Een goede kennis van CNC-besturingen zoals Mazatrol, Fanuc of Heidenhain is een groot pluspunt voor deze rol. Daarnaast werk je nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, en heb je een groot hart voor precisiewerk.
