The posting

We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde CNC-operator om ons team in Diest te versterken. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en onderhouden van CNC-machines. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie vlot verloopt en dat de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte onderdelen aan de gestelde eisen voldoet.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

- Instellen van de CNC-machine aan de hand van instructies op het bewerkingsblad. - Beoordelen en vervangen van gereedschappen zoals snijmessen, boren en zagen. - Ombouwen en instellen van de machine voor verschillende opdrachten. - Controle en nameting van geproduceerde onderdelen volgens de technische tekeningen en toleranties. - Correct verpakken, identificeren en veilig stapelen van afgewerkte onderdelen. - Rapporteren van meetresultaten via Excel en zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkplek. - Uitvoeren van klein onderhoud aan de machines en gereedschappen. - Werken volgens de veiligheidsinstructies en bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving. - Vaardigheden: Je hebt een goed begrip van technische tekeningen en productieprocessen. Je kan zelfstandig werken en beslissingen nemen binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheidsgebied. Je werkt met precisie en aandacht voor detail. Bereidheid om in drukke periodes flexibel te werken.

- Attesten: Ervaring is niet vereist, schoolverlaters zijn welkom. Kennis van meetinstrumenten en het correct interpreteren van technische tekeningen is een pluspunt.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Je hebt een opleiding in de richting CNC (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).

- Vakkennis: Basiskennis van CNC-machines en gereedschappen. Ervaring met Excel voor het rapporteren van meetresultaten. Inzicht in productietoleranties en kwaliteitscontrole.

- Talenkennis: Goede kennis van het Nederlands is vereist, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
