The posting

In deze functie krijg je de kans om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen binnen een moderne productieomgeving waar met geavanceerde CNC-machines wordt gewerkt. Je leert complexe CNC-draaibanken met meerdere assen programmeren, instellen en bedienen en wordt hierin stap voor stap begeleid. Dankzij de interne opleiding krijg je de tijd om de machines en processen grondig te leren kennen en zelfstandig te leren werken. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar vakkennis wordt gedeeld en waar kwaliteit en nauwkeurig werken belangrijk zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je programmeert, stelt in en bedient CNC-draaibanken met meerdere assen
  • Je stelt de machines correct in volgens de productieplanning en het technische plan
  • Je leest technische tekeningen en vertaalt deze naar de juiste machine-instellingen
  • Je controleert de afmetingen en toleranties van de geproduceerde stukken
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en stuurt de machine-instellingen bij waar nodig
  • Je denkt mee wanneer je technische problemen of afwijkingen opmerkt
  • Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte productie en een nette en veilige werkplek
  • Je groeit stap voor stap naar een functie waarin je de CNC-machines volledig zelfstandig beheert

Je maakt deel uit van een team van ervaren collega's die hun kennis graag delen en je begeleiden tijdens je opleiding. De werkomgeving is modern en technisch, maar de sfeer blijft persoonlijk en toegankelijk. Er wordt sterk ingezet op kwaliteit, nauwkeurig werken en vakmanschap, waardoor je hier de kans krijgt om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen en op termijn zelfstandig een belangrijke rol binnen de productie op te nemen.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of ervaring binnen CNC, metaalbewerking, werktuigkunde of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en hebt een sterke interesse in CNC-techniek en je kan technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren
  • Je hebt voldoende interesse in computers en technische software om nieuwe programma's en systemen aan te leren
